This house, built in 1905, had been a home for several decades until it’s conversion to offices in the 1980’s.

This 2023 project reimagined the space to become a home for our modern times, in a contemporary design with period features reinstated.

This was a full renovation with Planning & LBC applications/permissions with new heating, electrics, bathrooms, kitchen and full refurbishment and styling on a turnkey service.

Now a home with 2 receptions, kitchen/diner, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, over four floors.
